Although Craig enjoys working with people of all ages, he is young at heart and especially enjoys working with adolescents and young adults.
Craig primarily utilizes Choice Theory and Cognitive Behavioral Theory to assist clients to cope with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and career development related issues.
Craig considers himself to be a very practical and down-to-earth person. He enjoys learning and going to the gym and loves to travel. In his free time, he enjoys reading at his favorite coffee shop and watching sports. Craig values giving back to the community. He has done volunteer work with the Crisis Center for South Suburbia, the Bridge Teen Center, and Palos Northwestern Hospital.
