Hello, my name is Consuelo. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor certified in Dialectal Behavioral Therapy and a Certified Trauma Professional at Olive Branch Counseling Association. I am a trauma informed psychotherapist working towards the EMDR certification.

I offer a judgment-free zone where you can unpack the past, process fears and concerns, and face present challenges. My approach is interactive, supportive, and personal. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectal Behavior Therapy (DBT) as well as Solutions Focused, Trauma Informed and Faith Based Therapy interventions in the clinical setting with adults.
